Finger in the Pie Cabaret present the second instalment of their star studded Spring season at Madame JoJos. This spring we’re celebrating our 7th anniversary with a selection of the very best of contemporary circus, burlesque and variety curated by Finger in the Pie Artistic Director Alexander Parsonage. We’re sending in the clowns with performances from the award winning PiTheMime, the saucy Francois the Clown, the Bristolian Clown Prince of Persia Jody Kamali and international love therapist Ana Esmith. We have comedy capers from the surreal Heffernan and Fletcher, deliciously dark sketches from The Twins Macabre and character comedy from the unforgettable Jacob Edwards. We present the musical musings of cabaret chanteuse Eva Von Schnippish, Australian oral-auteur Claire Healy and Sadie Sinner The Songbird. There’s award winning burlesque from the beautiful Violet Blaze, Miss Luna Peach and Kim Khaos. Not to mention a whole host of the eclectic, bizarre and the beautiful including alt-drag sensation MissCairo Mascara, all presided over by our hostess with the mostess- our compere without compare – returning for his second year of Finger in the Pie the blond bombshell with legs to die for – the incomparable Michael Twaits!

Miss Cairo is a beautiful, sassy drag queen that has been tearing a new arsehole in the London cabaret scene for the past two years. Coming all the way from Egypt, via East Anglia she is known as The Supermodel of Norfolk, and Miss Cairo’s milkshake definitely brings all the boys to the yard.
Even the most fearless of Matadors can come ‘undone’ by a wardrobe malfunction and a cunning bull. This act uses a Matador’s cape in a new twist to a traditional fan dance and has flamenco elements.
Jody is an exceptionally versatile character comedian, clown and actor. His characters are original, often bizarre, yet ridiculously fun. Hailing from Bristol, he is a regular performer on London’s alternative comedy and cabaret circuit and can be seen yearly at the Edinburgh Festival. Live comedy showreel:
